This Is How EMJAC Uses Blockchain to Manage Global Waste Tires
The massive production and usage of tires and the difficulties to dispose off the waste tires once used is one of the most severe environmental problems in recent years worldwide. To reduce these waste tires people use direct burning as a conventional method, which creates pollution due to emissions of harmful gases; and disposing the waste tires to landfill is also problematic due to the partial chemical degradation that will pollute the earth.
Given this situation, a new mechanism to mitigate the negative impact of the waste tires industry became a continuous demand. Nowadays, technology is the main focus of almost all actions humans perform, one of the latest introductions has been the blockchain, also known as distributed accounting (DLT/distributed ledger technology). Hence EMJAC has decided to use its methods to offer a solution to the global waste tires problem and create new global market opportunities.
Renewable Energy Blockchain
Commonly, fuel is obtained from non-renewable sources from extraction and combustion of raw materials is also used to manufacture tires. In 2015, Meng Kwan and Chu Wong together with a team of experts conceived the idea to demonstrate how, through a blockchain platform, it’s possible to maintain a decentralized energy system, where users can actively make a positive influence in the worldwide collection, logistics, recycling, distribution and trading of recycled products, therefore revolutionize the waste to wealth industry.
EMJAC allows people to utilize transferable and tradeable tokens, compatible with the ERC20 protocol that works as the core engine for the waste tire recycling process through the ability to track their movements from source all the way to the innovative green technology procedure: Advanced Continuous Thermal Recovery Unit (TRU) and after that the trading of the recycled products.
This TRU aims to leave behind traditional industrial fuels and has captured the attention of developers, investors, researchers, people in business and professionals of all branches, even has the approval of the Department of Environment (DOE). With this in mind, EMJAC aspires to achieve the following aspects:
- Streamline and trace the movement of waste tires from source to processing plant
- Reduce illegal waste tire dumping and increase the percentage of global waste tire being recycled
- Grant a long-term worldwide sustainable and renewable energy supply.
- Placing a valuable token available for trading in the mainstream digital market in the light of a transparent and viable business model.
“We want the world population to join EMJAC to recycle and empower Blockchain towards a sustainable future ” .- M.K Kwan
The TRU process
According to EMJAC’s White Paper, over 2 Billion pieces of waste tires are produced every year, where only 30% are being recycled and 70% will turn into non-biodegradable waste and wasted energy. Majority are illegally dumped in various countries or used for purposes which pollutes the environment.
To increase the amount of global waste tires being recycled in a clean and green manner, EMJAC adopts the TRU technology which was successfully developed and proven by Evergreen Corporate Sdn. Bhd, together with Shangqiu Jinpeng Industrial Co., Ltd in China.
From each waste tire, the TRU recycles 100% of the waste tire into 4 tradable and useable commodities: synthetic diesel (Euro grade 2), refined carbon black (N550), steel wires and synthetic gas. The TRU recovers the trapped energy in the waste tires which in turn reduces the carbon footprint in our environment.
The company’s global umbrella strategy ensures that its ecosystem powered by blockchain will start from South East Asia and expand to other world continents. Where there are waste tires, there will be EMJAC.
The Pre-Initial Exchange Offer (IEO) will be available from the 1st August 2019 at ExMarkets Launchpad, offering investors a fraction of 350,000,000 tokens of a maximum supply of 500,000,000 EMJ tokens, which may be acquired through ETH/BTC/USDC/EUR currencies, the exchange value starting from USD$0.08 per token.
Those who acquired EMJ tokens, besides supporting earth conservation, will be able to trace and trade on EMJAC’s platform that opens the door to the entire renewable energy crypto-market landscape, enabling the execution of transactions and payments through supported apps.
It is affirmative that EMJAC’s blockchain technology has the potential to introduce one of the most significant changes, on a global scale, in waste tires supply traceability, distribution and product marketing whilst providing green technology enhancement, greater recycling efficiency and sustainability.
The game rules within the field will not be the same after decentralization, as it will bring with it the increase in the amount of value added products and services. As can be seen, the blockchain technology has much more potential than what it could be conceived during its first stages; an entire revolution facing traditional energy oligopolies that what will change, for good, both habits and demands, like the environment itself.
